Newly established company CTR Aviation Rental Ltd. is an international aviation holding company headquartered in Dublin. We specialize in aircraft ownership, leasing and financial management within a growing European aviation group. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller. At this stage we expect this job will require maximum of 20 hours a week with flexible hours and remote work option most days of the week. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Prepare management reports. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate tax compliance (Corporation Tax, VAT, RCT where applicable). Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and tax advisers. Support aircraft leasing transactions and investment projects. Assist with transfer pricing documentation and group reporting. Requirements Excellent Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
