De voortgangsgesprekken met de cliënten gebruik je om het beloop van het traject te bepalen, je bespreekt met de cliënt themasessies die gericht zijn op participatie in de maatschappij en je rondt het traject af met het eindgesprek. Gedurende het behandeltraject bewaak je de voortgang in het behalen van de gestelde behandeldoelen gericht op duurzame gedragsverandering.
