- Prepare and set up meeting rooms (equipment, materials, catering if needed)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Manage front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and handling calls

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Format and proofread Word documents

A successful Office Assistant (M/F/X) should have:
- A background in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
