What you will learn

* Daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes, for OMV, Petrom and Borealis.

* Procurement administration like purchase order preparation, invoice checking and challenge demand.

* Specific benchmark topics, e.g. vendor research and evaluation, market research.

* Procurement specific calculations, data analysis and preparation of information.

* Expense tracking and reporting as well as cost analysis and risk management.

* Maintenance of data in various Procurement tools (esp. SAP / SAP ARIBA).

* Accompany and support national and international tenders.

What we are looking for

* Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and you want to gain practical experience.

* Strong analytical mindset and eager to work with data and numbers.

* Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, is walk in the park for you.

* Team-oriented and proactive mindset.

* Fluent in German and English.
