Qualifications:
· Sound knowledge and insights in IoT, connectivity business and Automotive market.
· Strong Sales & business development background
· Stakeholder Management, especially with Senior management at automotive OEMs and CSPs
· Very good knowledge of all the offerings & business models of the IoT platform service.
We are currently looking for a Director of IoT Platform Service business development for the Automotive sector. This role is expected to lead a team across different units (from IoT Sales, Automotive, ecosystem and Market Area, etc) to strengthen and boost our IoT business in both Automotive industry as well as IoT platform services by leveraging our competitive technology, service offerings and ecosystem.
Responsibility:
· Set strategy to strengthen and boost our IoT business in Automotive and IoT platform services;
· Leverage the relationships of the automotive team to create leads for the CSP using IoT platform service;
· Drive Engagement tactics for all key automotive leads
· Complement the match-making logic to enable and land deals on existing CSPs
· Piloting 5G, V2X and AI technologies together with Global IoT platform services to drive value augmentation for automotive customers and CSPs.
· Spearhead to test the various offerings (e.g. IoT platform service, UCM, federated connectivity)
· Team lead of the virtual team across units (IoT sales, Automotive, ecosystem and Market Area)
