Manage and oversee online jewellery sales operations through the company's e-commerce platform and digital channels. Provider expert consultation to customers regarding jewellery products, including specifications, materials, design and pricing. Process online sales orders, payments, and coordinate delivery arrangements. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the e-commerce website. Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally. Assist customers in-store, provide personalized jewellery consultation and styling advice. Present and demonstrate jewellery products. Process in-store transactions. Required Skills: Proven sales and customer service experience in retail and/ or online environment. excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital tools. Professional appearance and demeanor. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage online operations
