Join Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South (207 rooms) and voco The Hague (204 rooms) and lead the sales success of two standout hotels in the Netherlands.This is a strategic role where you'll manage the proactive sales team, drive sales performance, grow key accounts, and inspire a high-performing team across Rooms, F&B, and Meetings & Events.If you're a results-driven leader with strong market connections and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to connect with youReporting to the Cluster Commercial Director your Key Responsibilities are:Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and develop the sales proactive team to achieve individual and collective targets- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and support- Inspire a high-performance culture by leading by example- Ensure strong collaboration between sales, marketing, revenue, and operations teamsSales Strategy & Execution- Co-create and implement the commercial and sales strategy with the Cluster Commercial Director and General Manager- Drive new business leads across rooms, Food and Beverage venues, and Meetings & Events- Identify opportunities across both hotels and all managed segments to optimize occupancy, average rates, and revenue.- Develop and execute targeted sales plans, promotions, and special programs· Actively participate and complete the preparation of the annual Sales and Market Plan, quarterly updates, and the complexed hotels' annual Budgets. Execute initiatives as outlined; swiftly implement strategies/tactics to offset changes in markets, economy or driven by the competitive set. Organize and/or attend scheduled group and related meetings- Work closely with commercial functions to drive revenue performance and deliver exceptional guests' experience.Business Development & Networking- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders·
