Als Operator Extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van extrusiemachines.
Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces efficiënt, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. 

Takenpakket:

• Instellen, opstarten en bijregelen van extrusiemachines
• Bewaken van het productieproces en ingrijpen bij storingen
• Controleren van de productkwaliteit en uitvoeren van metingen
• Registreren van productiegegevens
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan de machines
• Samenwerken met collega’s en rapporteren aan de ploegverantwoordelijke

Profiel:

• Je hebt technisch inzicht of een technische opleiding (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
• Ervaring in extrusie of productie is een pluspunt
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
• Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
• Je bent een teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit
• Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands

Voor een modern familiebedrijf in Izegem zoeken we een matrijzenwisselaar om in dag te werken. 

Jouw takenpakket:

• Als technieker in onze productie ben je enerzijds betrokken bij het uitvoeren van matrijswissels.
  
  
• Anderzijds sta je in voor de opstart van de productie en stel je de machines correct in.
  
  
• Bovendien controleer en valideer je de opstart van nieuwe series, analyseer je fouten en neem je corrigerende maatregelen waar nodig.
  
  
• Je controleert de conformiteit van de eerste geproduceerde onderdelen met het oog op het opstarten van de productie en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  
  
• De controle van de veiligheidssystemen behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket
  
  
• Bij dit alles hou je een globaal overzicht van de productie en anticipeer je op veranderingen

Jouw profiel:

• Je hebt reeds enige ervaring in een gelijkaardige job.
  
  
• Je bent in staat om productiemachines en gereedschappen in te stellen.
  
  
• Je kan een machine monteren en afstellen.
  
  
• Je hebt ervaring met het monteren van een matrijs of gereedschap op een apparaat.
  
  
• Je kunt efficiënt werken (stelt prioriteiten, kan werken volgens deadlines), dit alles zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig.
  
  
• Je kan snel zaken analyseren en samenvatten en brengt verslag uit van jouw werkzaamheden.
  
  
• Je gaat methodisch te werk, je houdt je aan strikte processen, waar nuttig kan je zeker voorstellen doen om standaarden te verbeteren.
  
  
• Je bent positief ingesteld en stelt je constructief op t.o.v. alle collega's.
