What are you going to do?
As a customer service specialist within the ccontrol tower team, you are responsible for managing and coordinating international order flows and logistics processes. You act as the key operational link between customers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal departments. You ensure that all shipments, orders, and warehouse activities are executed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed service levels. Working in a global supply chain environment, you handle escalations, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday in day shifts. You start via an employment agency with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance. Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and logistics updates
- Manage end-to-end order flow and ensure smooth execution across supply chain processes
- Monitor transport, warehouse activities, and KPIs/SLAs, taking action on deviations
- Handle escalations, claims, and operational disruptions with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with warehouse, transport, planning, and Control Tower teams
- Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis and process improvements
- Provide clear communication to customers on timelines, status updates, and exceptions
