Pienākumi:

Namdarim ir jāveic darbs ar augstu precizitāti, fizisko izturību un jābūt spējai strādāt gan patstāvīgi, gan komandā. 

Namdaris, kā jau būvniecības speciālistam, jāprot izgatavot, montēt, demontēt un atjaunot dažādu koka konstrukciju ēkas un būvēt koka būvkonstrukcijas jaunbūvēs, atjaunojamās un pārbūvējamās ēkās un jāveic masīvkoku konstrukciju restaurāciju saskaņā ar tehnisko rasējumu un darba kvalitātes prasībām. Nepieciešama motorinstrumenta (motorzāģa) vadītāja kvalifikāciju apliecinoša licencētas izglītības iestādes izsniegta apliecība.

Namdara pienākumi un uzdevumi:

ievērot darba drošības un aizsardzības, elektrodrošības un ugunsdrošības prasības objektā;

ievērot vides aizsardzības prasības objektā;

ievērot darba tiesisko attiecību normas;
