LE RÔLE : En tant que Commis-e de Cuisine, vous assisterez le-la Chef-fe de Partie et la brigade dans les préparations quotidiennes, en garantissant ordre, propreté et respect des procédures Luigia. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour maintenir une cuisine organisée et prête pour le service. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS : Préparer les plans de travail et maintenir votre poste propre et ordonné. Appliquer quotidiennement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP). Étiqueter et dater tous les aliments en respectant les procédures internes. Stocker les produits au réfrigérateur par date et respecter la DLC (date limite de consommation). Préparer les étiquettes pour chaque production (nom, date de production, date de péremption). Préparer les postes de friture et soutenir les activités de la ligne. Réaliser les desserts selon les indications de la brigade. Communiquer efficacement et soutenir le Chef de Partie durant la mise en place et le service. Respecter la chaîne du chaud et du froid à toutes les étapes du travail. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Sérieux, précision et respect strict des règles d’hygiène. Bonne dextérité et capacité à travailler avec rythme. Esprit d’équipe et attitude collaborative. Disponibilité pour évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et structuré.
