Tâches

1. Acquisition de nouveaux clients B2B :

• Identifier et prospecter des établissements dans la région de Bruxelles et alentours.
• Développer un portefeuille dans des secteurs variés : Horeca, entreprises de nettoyage, collectivités, maisons de repos, écoles, etc.

2. Visites clients & ventes :

• Organiser des rendez-vous sur le terrain.
• Présenter les produits et conclure de nouveaux contrats.
• Assurer un suivi commercial de qualité.

Rétention clients B2B :

• Le suivi régulier pour vérifier la satisfaction
• Des recommandations de nouveaux produits adaptés à ses besoins
• Un service après-vente réactif
• Des offres de fidélité (ex. : remises après X commandes)

Donner un coup de main ou nécessaire : effectuer des livraisons client

• Tu es indépendant (ou prêt à le devenir rapidement).
• Tu as de l'expérience en vente B2B, idéalement dans des secteurs comme le Horeca, le nettoyage ou les fournitures professionnelles.
• Tu sais prospecter, convaincre, négocier et fidéliser.
• Tu aimes le terrain, tu es à l'aise en face à face avec les clients.
• Tu es autonome, bien organisé(e) et motivé(e) par les résultats.
• Tu as un véhicule et tu es prêt(e) à te déplacer dans Bruxelles et les alentours.
