The Job
We are looking for five DevOps Engineers to strengthen our DevOps team responsible for both operating and developing the Computerome platform.

The role combines infrastructure operations, platform engineering, and continuous development of a national computing platform that supports research, digital services, and secure data environments.

You will help ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of infrastructure hosting both research workloads and long-running services, while also contributing to the continuous development of the platform.

Your responsibilities will typically include:

• Operating and maintaining the HPC cluster, storage systems, networking, and cloud platforms
• Ensuring stable and secure operation of infrastructure hosting applications, services, and research workloads
• Troubleshooting incidents, performance issues, and system failures across the platform
• Developing automation, tooling, and platform improvements
• Supporting users in deploying and operating applications, services, and data workflows
• Contributing to the evolution of the platform architecture to support new technologies and workloads
• Participating in incident response and on-call duty as part of the operations team

A key part of the role is helping to ensure that the platform remains robust, secure, and capable of supporting Denmark’s sovereign digital infrastructure for research and data services.

• Experience with Linux system administration
• Experience with configuration management and deployment tools (e.g. Ansible)

• Experience managing virtualization platforms (e.g. OpenStack or Proxmox)
• Basic knowledge of network security (firewalls, VLANs, VPN)
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and system security

The selected candidate will become a member of the HCI & Design section. • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de la langue française et vous vous situez de préférence au centre de la région.

• Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, mais vous avez aussi l'esprit d'équipe.
• Vous avez une connaissance de base de Microsoft Outlook et Word.

• Tu analyses la situation des personnes, tu identifies leurs problèmes et cherches des solutions adaptées.
• Tu réponds aux questions administratives, sociales et juridiques posées lors des entretiens et des permanences, par email et par téléphone.
• Tu analyses les dossiers de demande d'aide alimentaire.
• Tu peux orienter les personnes vers les services spécialisés.
• Tu facilites l'accès des personnes aux services tiers afin qu'elles puissent faire valoir leurs droits.
• Tu entretiens une collaboration efficace avec les partenaires externes (CPAS, agence immobilière sociale...).
• Tu prends en charge le suivi administratif des dossiers : analyse des documents, mise à jour des bases de données (logiciel Opale) et bien plus encore.
• Tu participes à la rédaction de rapports pour le service.
• Tu te tiens au courant des évolutions législatives dans ton domaine d'activité. 

• Tu as un diplôme de bachelier assistant·e social·e.
• Si tu as une expérience professionnelle dans un service similaire, c'est un atout important.
• Tu maîtrises le français. Si tu as une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais, c'est un atout !
• Tu connais les droits des étrangers et les droits sociaux.
• Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques tels que Microsoft 365. Si tu maîtrises le logiciel Opale, c'est un atout.
• Empathique, à l'écoute et doté·e d'un bon esprit d'équipe, tu sais travailler de manière autonome.
• Tu fais preuve de résilience, d'adaptabilité et de réactivité face aux défis qui se présentent.
• Tu es ouvert·e à la diversité culturelle.

• Un contrat de remplacement à durée indéterminée à temps partiel (80%) d'environ 3 mois, avec des horaires de bureau.
