Responsabilités principales • Identifier & mettre en œuvre des projets techniques en collaboration avec d'autres services. • Établir les cahiers des charges • Etablir et suivre les plannings et les budgets. • Superviser la réalisation de la documentation (schémas électriques, analyses fonctionnelles, analyses organiques, documents de formation, plans de maintenance, liste de pièces de réserves, etc.). • Manager des équipes (interne ou externe) dans le cadre des projets. • Former le personnel et rédiger la documentation associée. • Réaliser ou participer à des audits de sécurité. • Organiser et suivre des chantiers, y inclus la préparation de toute la documentation liée (Commandes / Plans de prévention, etc.) • Coordonner et superviser le travail des firmes d'ingénierie externes pour les livrables électriques/automation. • Veiller au respect des standards d'ArcelorMittal et des exigences réglementaires. Job Description Pour renforcer notre département technique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Automatismes & Systèmes Électriques (H/F) chargé de développer, optimiser et maintenir les systèmes d'automatisation et de contrôle industriel indispensables à la performance et à la sécurité de nos installations. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale et en coopération étroite avec les équipes techniques et IT, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la digitalisation, la fiabilisation et l'optimisation du réseau électrique. Enjeux du poste Contribuer à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, la fiabilité des installations et la compétitivité du réseau électrique, tout en maintenant des standards élevés en matière de sécurité et de performance technique. => Missions principales Activités techniques Concevoir des systèmes d'automatisation (PLC, capteurs, SCADA, RTU…) adaptés aux besoins opérationnels. Développer des programmes d'automatisation et des scripts destinés à optimiser les processus. Mettre en place et maintenir des systèmes de contrôle industriel assurant la supervision en temps réel des installations. Implémenter des solutions OT dans un environnement énergétique complexe (SCADA, fibre optique, metering, protocoles IEC 61850 / 104…). Déployer et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI). Documenter les configurations, architectures et procédures. Former les équipes à l'utilisation des nouveaux systèmes. Participer aux astreintes. Santé & Sécurité Appliquer et promouvoir les règles de sécurité auprès des équipes et des sous‑traitants. Intégrer systématiquement les exigences de sécurité dans la conception et la mise en œuvre des systèmes automatisés. Participer activement à l'amélioration continue de la culture sécurité. => Compétences & Profil recherché Expérience & Qualifications Master en Automatisation Industrielle, Ingénierie des Systèmes, Génie électrique, industriel ou domaine connexe. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en automatisation industrielle. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Compétences techniques Maîtrise des systèmes d'automatisation et de contrôle. Connaissances avancées en réseaux industriels (protocoles, équipements). Expérience IoT industriel (capteurs intelligents, monitoring, connectivité). Compétences en informatique industrielle, gestion de projets et outils bureautiques. Connaissance des langages systèmes (Java, R, PowerShell…). Idéalement : connaissance du domaine de l'énergie électrique et de la haute‑tension. Qualités personnelles Sens de l'organisation et du leadership. Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication. Réactivité, autonomie et capacité à mener plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
