The Opportunity

We are hiring our first Go-to-Market Manager to build the execution engine that connects product, brand, digital, CRM and sales into one coordinated motion. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who has seen how great execution is done at scale, and wants to build it from scratch at a brand with global ambitions.

What You Will Own

Global GTM Planning

• Build and own the integrated global GTM calendar across launches, campaigns and seasonal moments

• Lead launch readiness processes — milestones, ownership, timing and channel activation plans

• Coordinate seasonal and campaign planning across all functions and markets globally

Launch & Campaign Execution

• Drive launch execution across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, corporate gifting, distributors and travel retail

• Ensure channel-specific activation plans and toolkits exist for every major launch

• Coordinate POS materials, sell-in tools, sampling assets, merchandising support and launch communications

• Free up brand and activation team capacity by owning the orchestration layer

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Connect product, brand, digital, CRM, retail and sales into one coordinated launch motion

• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across 6+ stakeholder functions

• Proactively identify and escalate execution risks and bottlenecks before they become problems

Post-Launch Evaluation

• Track launch effectiveness and commercial performance across channels

• Use AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate post-launch evaluation

• Build learning loops and best practice documentation for future activations

• Feed insights back into planning processes to continuously improve execution quality

What We Are Looking For

(Please note that the listed skills are required for this role)

• Min. 5 years of experience in go-to-market, trade marketing, integrated marketing or brand management — we welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, lifestyle or adjacent industries

• Experience orchestrating multi-channel launches across retail, ecommerce and wholesale

• Exceptional cross-functional coordination skills. You have held complex stakeholder landscapes together under pressure

• Strong communicator who builds trust and creates clarity quickly

• Data-literate: able to evaluate launch performance and translate it into improvements

• Comfortable using AI tools to build launch calendars, draft briefs, synthesise performance data

• International experience across European or global consumer markets

• Fluent English. Danish, German or French a plus

Your role

As a student assistant in Architecture & Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team that includes architects across multiple domains. In this role, you will support the Architecture & Technology team in documenting our architecture landscape and develop guidelines and standards for architecture documentation. You will work closely with Enterprise, System and Application Architects and gain first-hand experience of how architecture is used to guide technology decisions across a growing organisation.

Through this role, you will gain practical experience with enterprise, system, and application architecture, on-premises technologies, and technology strategy. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and technology professionals while contributing to initiatives that support Nordic RCC's mission and the green energy transition.

The role is designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing both your technical and professional skills.

The position will require approximately 10-15 hours per week, depending on your study workload. We are flexible during exam periods and expect that you have at least 1½ - 2 years left of your studies.

Tâches:Nous cherchons quelqu'un pour travailler avec une institutrice maternelle dans une double classe de M2-3 en co-enseignement ( enseignant, puéricultrice, éducateur, personne de bonne volonté ... ) .

Le(la) candidat(e)  sera professionnel à tout point de vue: communication, travail, habillement, ponctualité, etc. Il sera rigoureux et sérieux. Il travaillera en collaboration avec les autres enseignants et prendra le temps nécessaire pour les réunions de préparation, après les cours. Il aimera travailler en équipe, osera partager ses idées. Il aimera le travail collaboratif.

Passionné par l éducation il aura la soif de transmettre et n aura pas peur de se former. Il pourra s adapter aux publics très différents et aux enfants primo-arrivants. Il aura à coeur de travailler avec une classe ou un groupe d enfants très hétérogène et avec certains enfants ne parlant pas le français. Il aura un esprit d analyse des besoins de chaque enfant.

Il sera capable d utiliser les outils informatiques pour la gestion de formulaires en ligne, de mails, d'interface pédagogique, etc.

Comptabilité :

• Assurer la gestion et l'encodage des différentes banques et de la caisse ; encoder les factures d'achats / ventes ; lettrer les paiements et relancer les impayés ; encoder les différentes opérations diverses (OD de salaires, de provisions, d'amortissements, de clôture) ; 
• Déclarer trimestriellement la TVA et clôturer annuellement les résultats de l'asbl en concertation avec le comptable externe afin que celui-ci puisse établir les bilans comptables ;
• Préparer tous les rapports et justificatifs nécessaires à l'audit annuel du réviseur externe ;

Gestion financière :

• Suivre l'état de la trésorerie et les échéances de paiements (factures, taxes et assurances) ;
• Constituer la partie financière (Excel et notes explicatives) des rapports liés aux subsides structurels et aux projets ainsi que leurs pièces justificatives ;
• Élaborer des tableaux de bord, des indicateurs financiers et des analyses, basés sur la comptabilité analytique, afin d'assurer le suivi des différentes activités de l'ASBL et d'aider à la prise de décision.
• Etablir le budget annuel et l'adapter mensuellement en concertation avec la Direction ;

Administration :

• Effectuer les démarches administratives et veiller à ce qu'Amazone soit en ordre au niveau des obligations légales liées au fonctionnement d'une ASBL (publications au Moniteur belge, mises à jour des statuts et des mandats, etc.).
• Coordonner les relations avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services financiers (banques, logiciel comptable, etc.).
• Assurer le suivi mensuel des reportings et des obligations administratives nécessaires à l'obtention et au maintien des labels (notamment le label Good Food).

Support :

• Support et collaboration avec l'équipe complète d'Amazone, en fonction des besoins spécifiques (projets, ...).
• Mettre son expertise administrative et financière au service des organisations membres afin de les accompagner dans leur développement.
