- Je werkt als Sales en Logistics consultant, samen met je collega’s in het Applications Team alsook de collega's verantwoordelijk voor andere domeinen.
- Je analyseert en optimaliseert de bedrijfsprocessen, en zoekt naar oplossingen samen met key-users en domein verantwoordelijken.
- Afhankelijk van de scope, configureer je het systeem in lijn met de noden van de interne klant, en afgestemd op best practices en de reeds bestaande oplossingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van de nodige functionele programmeringsspecificaties en het opvolgen ervan tijdens de ontwikkeling.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het testen en documenteren van de ontwikkelde oplossingen, alsook de opleiding van key-user en/of eindgebruiker.
Vaardigheden
- In staat om AS-IS processen te vertalen in geoptimaliseerde TO-BE processen en het uitvoeren van de customizing.
- Diepgaande SAP-configuratie ervaring op de volgende gebieden:
- Order entry, levering, transport, transport kostprijsberekening en facturatie.
- SAP pricing.
- Configuratie-ervaring in beschikbaarheidscontrole.
- Generieke SAP-vaardigheden
- In staat om gedetailleerde functionele ontwerpen te schrijven als input voor het ABAP-ontwikkelteam, en in staat die code te interpreteren en debuggen.
- Inzicht in integratie aspecten met MM, FI-CO, en PP.
- Ervaring met EDI.
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante kennis/ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 6 jaar hands-on ervaring als IT-consultant binnen het SAP SD-LE domein (kennis van MM en EDI is een plus).
- Je hebt een uitgesproken analytische geest en beschikt eveneens over sterke communicatievaardigheden. Je bent iemand die kritische vragen durft stellen.
- Je bent in staat om vanuit jouw rol als expert en vanuit een helikopterview je kennis verder uit te bouwen en over te dragen.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag initiatief
- Je werkt graag in teamverband.

The role consists of coordinating and supporting the print screen process of every project. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and has a passion for production and the music industry.
As a Print Screen Technician, you specialise in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of screen printing equipment to ensure high-quality prints on different fabrics. With a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of inks and screens, you manage the entire printing process—from creating and aligning screens to troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Your precision and efficiency help deliver consistent results in fast-paced production environments.
- Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred
- Excellent command of English essential
- Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment
- Ability to safely handle inks, products and cleaning processes daily
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
Help drivers get back on the road quickly and efficiently. As a Breakdown Assistance Call Handler, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and ensure that every driver receives help as quickly as possible. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed at all times.
This is a role with real impact: thanks to your calm approach, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset, you truly make a difference during stressful situations. Your responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from drivers experiencing a breakdown on the road.
- Analyze the problem by assessing the situation and gathering the necessary information.
- Organize interventions and dispatch them to breakdown services, partners, or internal technicians.
- Follow up on cases from A to Z, ensuring clear and continuous communication with the driver.
- Register all relevant information in the system (time, location, nature of the problem, planning, etc.).
- Remain calm in emergency situations and always act with a strong customer focus.
- Work closely with a dedicated team that is available 24/7 to provide optimal customer support.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to handle phone calls clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
- You are stress-resistant and able to maintain an overview in busy and demanding situations.
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and handling administrative follow-up.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant equivalent experience.
- You have your own means of transportation.
