WHAT YOU WILL DO
¿ Social Media Strategy & Planning: Define, structure, and implement a multi-platform social media strategy, managing content calendars aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, product launches, and events.

¿ You bring 2-4 years of experience in social media or content-focused roles, ideally in a brand-driven, startup, or technology-oriented environment.
¿ You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, comfortable defining content direction while producing and publishing content autonomously.
¿ You are a clear and confident storyteller, able to translate complex or technical topics into engaging social narratives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission is to bring Axiles Bionics to life beyond digital channels through events and field marketing. You plan, coordinate and deliver events end to end (from international congresses and trade fairs to product launches, user testing sessions and demo days) ensuring strong execution aligned with marketing and sales goals. Through your work, you enable our marketing and sales teams to leverage events as effective tools for supporting market expansion, brand visibility and long-term relationship with healthcare professionals and partners. relationship building.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
¿ Event Strategy & Planning: Identify, select, and plan relevant industry events, defining objectives, formats, timelines, and priorities aligned with marketing and sales goals.
¿ End-to-End Event Execution: Manage events from preparation to on-site coordination and post-event coordination, including logistics, stakeholder management, and operational wrap-up.
¿ Axiles-Led Events: Plan and deliver proprietary events such as product launches, demo days, and user testing sessions, ensuring impactful and well-executed experiences.
¿ Booth Coordination: Coordinate the design, production, and setup of booths and event spaces in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
¿ Lead Capture & Sales Coordination: Implement lead capture processes during events and coordinate the handover of qualified contacts to sales and marketing teams for structured post-event follow-up.
¿ Brand Representation & Collaboration: Represent Axiles Bionics at regional and international events and work closely with marketing and sales to support market expansion and brand visibility.
WHAT YOU BRING
¿ You hold a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
¿ You bring 2-4 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with hands-on exposure to live events and on-site execution.
¿ You are comfortable managing events end to end, from planning and coordination to on-site delivery and follow-up.
¿ You combine strong organizational skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset in fast-paced environments.
¿ You communicate confidently with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.

En tant que Business Developer, vous prenez en charge le développement commercial de Team One pour la Wallonie. Vous êtes donc mobile et sillonnez les routes afin de renforcer la présence et la notoriété de l’agence mais également pour conquérir de nouveaux clients.
Parmi vos responsabilités principales, en concertation et collaboration avec les Offices Managers et le Managing Director Belgique :
- vous élaborez et présentez un business plan clair afin d’atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité ;
- vous identifiez et exploitez les différentes opportunités et pistes commerciales à travers une approche stratégique et réfléchie ;
- vous prospectez activement de nouveaux clients à travers toute la Wallonie ;
