As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a driven CRM & Commercial Technology Lead to go on this journey with us.
Your role
This role owns the strategy, deployment, and optimization of the entire Commercial Technology Stack (Sales and Marketing), including the CRM, website, and data analytics platforms, and implements an 'AI first way of working' for this. You will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning and efficiency of both the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring visibility on sales and marketing performance, structure the alignment and help maximizing revenue generation.
You'll make an impact by -
Owning, developing, and optimizing the Commercial Technology strategy, budget and deployment to support the company wide objectives. -
Full ownership of the company CRM implementation (Hubspot) across the Sales and Marketing organizations, including CRM database design, quote to cash processes, work instructions and training to ensure maximum efficiency. -
Identifying, piloting, and implementing AI initiatives and automation tools to significantly improve the efficiency of both Sales and Marketing processes. -
