Description
Oversee daily office operations: supplies, vendors, maintenance.
Keep the office welcoming, organized, and efficient.
Handle calls, correspondence, and greet visitors.
Assist the CEO with travel bookings, agenda, and reservations.
Coordinate meetings, company events, and external seminars with a sustainability focus (eco-friendly catering, venues, etc.).
Support HR with onboarding, expenses, and updating staff tools.
Contribute to team-building activities and workshops to promote a positive and sustainable workplace culture.
Ensure accuracy in administrative follow-up and reporting.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Office Management, HR, Administration, or similar).
Experience: Experience is a plus, but motivation, ambition, and smart thinking matter more.
Languages: Excellent English (C1) and strong French or Dutch (B2 minimum).
