Description : CONTEXTE : Le service de cardiologie-électrophysiologie et stimulation cardiaque du CHU de Bordeaux est impliqué dans de nombreux protocoles à promotion industrielle et institutionnelle sur de nombreux sujets : ablation des troubles du rythme supra-ventriculaires, ablation des troubles du rythme ventriculaires, stimulation et défibrillation cardiaque. L’activité de recherche clinique est intégrée au sein de LIRYC, Institut Hospitalo-Universitaire (IHU) de recherche, de soin, d’innovation et d’enseignement, au service du patient. Il a pour vocation de mieux comprendre et traiter les dysfonctions électriques du cœur. L’équipe composée de 17 personnels de recherche clinique accompagne les cliniciens et les chercheurs dans le montage et la réalisation de projets de recherche clinique, dans la télésurveillance des prothèses cardiaques implantées et télé-communicantes et l’insuffisance cardiaque, dans l’ablation de troubles du rythme et dans les missions du centre de référence des maladies rythmiques héréditaires. C’est dans ce contexte que cette équipe recrute un Attaché-e de Recherche Clinique pour la gestion en soutien à l’investigation de plusieurs études académiques et industrielles et de registres nationaux et européens. MISSION GÉNÉRALE : Mettre en œuvre la logistique du protocole, le recueil et la saisie des données cliniques sous la responsabilité des investigateurs et de l’équipe médicale, du Coordonnateur d’Etudes Cliniques (CEC), lors de la réalisation de protocoles de recherche clinique sur les lieux autorisés. Description : CONTEXTE : Le service regroupe 2 unités de soins intensifs (22 lits), 1 unité de soins continus (15 lits), 1 unité de soin conventionnel (7 lits) / et d'hospitalisation de semaine (8 lits), un hôpital de jour (12 places) et une consultation externe avec 18 médecins consultants. Les spécialités médicales reposent sur la prise en charge du patient dans les différentes phases de sa maladie : diagnostique, curative (chimiothérapie, autogreffe, allogreffe) et palliative. Les pathologies les plus souvent rencontrées sont : lymphomes, myélomes, leucémies aigües ou chroniques, Hodgkin. Le service est impliqué dans la recherche clinique académique et industrielle, de phase I à IV avec environ 150 protocoles ouverts, 450 inclusions/ an. L'équipe URC qui accompagne les investigateurs dans la conduite des essais est constituée d'une dizaine d'ARC en partie filiarisés, d'IDERC, d'une secrétaire de recherche clinique et est supervisée par un coordonnateur d'Etudes cliniques (CEC). L'equipe IDERC est coordonnée par une IDERC coordinatrice. Au sein de cette équipe nous recrutons une IDERC de soin « recherche ». Les objectifs principaux DE L'EQUIPE D'IDERC SONT : 1/ d'assurer la faisabilité pratique des protocoles, en particulier de phase précoce, dans le service 2/ d'assurer la formation des IDE de secteur aux protocoles ouverts dans le service 3/ de participer à la logistique des échantillons (manipulation, envoi) et à la gestion de kits de laboratoire L'équipe IDE RC assiste l'investigateur tout au long de l'essai, de l'initiation à la clôture de l'essai clinique dans un service hospitalier. Elle collabore à la réalisation de plusieurs essais sur les 3 étages du site de Recherche Clinique en Hématologie. Il/elle travaille sous la responsabilité du Coordonnateur d'Etude Clinique du site. Elle contribue à la qualité des essais en respectant le code de déontologie et les bonnes pratiques cliniques (BPC). PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS DE L'IDERC DE SOIN RECHERCHE RECRUTÉE : 1 / Domaine du Soin * Améliorer la qualité de l'information dispensée au patient en complément de l'investigateur : consentement éclairé, écoute et soutien. * Exécuter des prescriptions médicales par la réalisation d'actes infirmiers inhérents au protocole de l'essai clinique (prélèvements sanguins, administration de traitements, prise de signes vitaux, .). * Réalisation des ECG protocolaires avec le matériel fourni par l'étude. * Réalisation de questionnaires de qualité de vie avec materiel fourni par les études * Participer à la compliance 2/ Domaine support investigateur et administratif : * Gérer les prélèvements sanguins centralisés des protocoles de phase précoce nécessitant des prélèvements multiples rapprochés dans le respect des procédures : * Assurer la traçabilité des pharmacocinétiques (création de fiche de prélèvement PK) * Préparation/prélèvement/traitement/stockage des échantillons. * Gérer le stock de matériel de prélèvement en collaboration avec les ARCs : * Vérification des dates de péremption     * Destruction des kits périmés * Mise à jour hebdomadaire d'un fichier de traçabilité de l'état des stocks avec dates de péremption, date de destruction de kits, nombre de kits par étude. * Assurer l'entretien et la maintenance du congélateur : traçabilité, nettoyage et dégivrage trimestriel, relevé mensuel de température. 3/ Domaine de la formation des équipes : * Informer les équipes soignantes par une communication continue de qualité pour une prise en charge optimale des patients. * Présenter aux équipes soignantes, en collaboration avec les ARCs les nouveaux équipements des études, les différentes procédures liées au protocole (fiche résumée de protocole, feuille de surveillance d'administration, examens sanguins requis.) pour une prise en charge optimale du protocole d'essai. Your tasks and responsibilities:

•Analyse system and functional requirements and translate them into clear and efficient HDL designs

•Design and implement HDL modules and custom IP blocks in HDL (Verilog / SystemVerilog and VHDL)

•Develop and integrate AXI-based IPs in the programmable logic (PL) of Zynq MPSoC or other high-end FPGAs, in close collaboration with firmware and software teams for AXI-Lite register and control logic design

•Apply FPGA design techniques such as clock domain crossing (CDC), efficient use of hardened FIFO, memory, and DSP blocks, fixed-point arithmetic, static timing analysis, and constraint management
