Au sein du service Production Surface, vous contribuez efficacement à l'exploitation et au maintien en état des installations. Vos principales tâches seront les suivantes: - Effectuer des analyses et des mesures Procéder à l'échantillonnage et aux analyses de base. Réaliser et interpréter les sonologs et dynamogrammes, entretenir le matériel. Garantir la qualité des données de débit, BSW, salinité, pression, températures. - Travaux d'inspection Procéder aux inspections périodiques Accomplir les différentes tâches d'exploitation, nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des installations du centre de production et des champs. Diagnostiquer les pannes et dysfonctionnements, y remédier suivant le degré de gravité, et rédiger les Ordres de Travail y afférents. Assurer les interventions de mécanique et entretien de base. Connaître et faire appliquer les consignes et procédures en vigueur. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des produits chimiques sur les champs et les CP et assurer le bon réglage selon les consignes. Assurer l'approvisionnement et la mise en place des fûts de produits chimiques à l'aide du matériel mis à disposition. Superviser le chargement / déchargement des citernes et vérifier l'application des consignes et procédures de citernage. Effectuer le montage et le démontage de la chaudière. Connaître les normalisations des tuyauteries employées sur le site. Connaître le fonctionnement de l'instrumentation et des automatismes communs et de sécurité. Participer à la remise à jour des documents, des plans et des procédures. Effectuer les nettoyages d'installation et déparaffinage de conduite à l'aide de nettoyeur haute pression. Assurer les approvisionnements nécessaires pour les différents travaux. - Travail au sein du laboratoire Réaliser les analyses sur les quantités d'huiles reçues en provenance des autres champs. Réaliser les analyses sur les volumes expédiés (BSW, salinité, densité.). Réaliser les mesures corrosions : bactéries, sulfures, fer. Réaliser les mesures spéciales, HC, Mes, . ou spot permettant le suivi de la qualité de l'eau. Saisir les résultats et alerter en cas d'anomalie.. Participer aux études d'optimisation et amélioration des traitements. Assurer une bonne tenue du laboratoire (rangement, propreté, sécurité des produits dangereux). - Suivi et surveillance des différents sites de production Etre capable d'utiliser et de comprendre les différentes supervisions des centres de production afin de suivre et d'optimiser le fonctionnement des installations et l'ensemble des paramètres à suivre et à régler. Connaissances de l'ensemble des alarmes et des actions sur les process. Surveiller 3 fois par semaine certaines plates-formes et tous les quinze jours certains Points de Connexion (PC) - Sécurité Garantir l'observation des règles de sécurité sur l'ensemble des champs. S'impliquer dans la politique QHSE groupe, en réalisant les objectifs planifiés, par exemple des DRP ou Suggestions d'optimisation. Connaître et faire appliquer les consignes de sécurité sur les lieux de travail. Connaître les données sécurité des fiches de produits chimiques et s'y tenir. - Astreinte Assurer l'astreinte opérateur production ou tableau.
