The updated Europass platform, launched in July 2020, is celebrating its 4th anniversary today. Europass is a lifelong learning and career management EU service which is free and secure for millions of people seeking jobs and learning opportunities across Europe. 

The platform has close to seven million registered users and 90 million visits since its launch and in 2023 alone, an impressive nine million Europass CVs were downloaded. Europass profiles and CVs are an EU standard for showcasing user skills and experiences to potential employers as well as education and training providers.  

Europass offers users effective tools and useful information related to working and learning in Europe. This year saw some important updates to the Job and Skill Trends tool, ensuring that Europass users have access to the latest labor market insights. There are many other ongoing developments being made across all Europass tools such as the profile, CV builder, the cover letter editor, improving features and functionalities to better meet user needs.
