Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig kan werken en vlot schakelt met verschillende stakeholders om projecten echt vooruit te laten gaan.

Als Senior Validation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van allround validatieactiviteiten binnen een GMP-omgeving. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met Quality, Operations en Engineering.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

A) Coördineren en zelfstandig uitvoeren van kwalificatie- en validatieactiviteiten voor:

  • Equipment: van compounding over afvul- en verpakkingslijnen tot automatisatierobots en labequipment
  • Utilities & Facilities, zoals waterinstallaties en cleanrooms
  • Software en computersystemen, waaronder labosoftware
  • Productieprocessen
  • Cleaningactiviteiten

B) Bepalen en uitrollen van validatiestrategieën, inclusief het opvolgen van de correcte implementatie tijdens projecten.

C) Opstellen, uitvoeren en reviewen van:

  • URS
  • Risicoanalyses
  • DQ-, IQ-, OQ- en PQ-protocollen en bijhorende rapporten

D) Beheren van Change Controls, CAPA’s en deviaties via o.a. Veeva Vault

E) Ondersteunen en begeleiden van interne en externe audits en inspecties

F) Actief meedenken over pragmatische oplossingen binnen de vooropgestelde globale richtlijnen: “If it doesn’t make sense, how can we do it better?”. Je zoekt naar manieren om systemen niet alleen compliant, maar ook werkbaar en efficiënt te houden.

  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in validatie binnen gereguleerde omgevingen.
  • Grondige kennis van GMP en internationale richtlijnen.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met: algemene validatie (equipment, processen), Computer System Validation (Kennis van GAMP5 is hierbij een grote meerwaarde) en Cleaning validation (sterke troef!).
  • Je bent communicatief en overtuigend.
  • Je verbindt mensen, verzamelt de juiste input en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers niet blijven liggen.
  • Je bent hands-on, autonoom en sterk in het aanbrengen van structuur.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
