Hos oss vil du

  • Lede og koordinere prosjektteamet på byggeplassen, og sikre effektiv samhandling mellom alle involverte parter
  • Være prosjektets primære kontaktpunkt og sørge for tydelig kommunikasjon om status, fremdrift og beslutninger
  • Utarbeide, følge opp og videreutvikle prosjektplaner, identifisere kritiske aktiviteter og sikre nødvendig risikohåndtering gjennom hele prosjektløpet
  • Ha løpende kontroll på fremdrift, kvalitet, risiko og prosjektets økonomiske rammer
  • Bidra i anskaffelser, kontraktsforhandlinger og oppfølging av entreprenører og leverandører i samarbeid med innkjøps- og kommersielle funksjoner
  • Følge opp prosjektering, leverandører og entreprenører for å sikre at arbeidet gjennomføres i henhold til prosjektets mål og krav
  • Utarbeide beslutningsgrunnlag, prognoser, rapportering og øvrig prosjektdokumentasjon i tråd med selskapets styringsprosesser
  • Bidra til en sterk sikkerhetskultur og sikre etterlevelse av HMS-krav, kvalitetsstandarder og gjeldende myndighetskrav

Vi ser etter deg som

  • Betydelig erfaring med prosjektledelse innen bygg, anlegg, industri, energi eller annen teknisk infrastruktur
  • Har erfaring med gjennomføring av større og komplekse byggeprosjekter, gjerne med totalentrepriser eller design- og byggekontrakter
  • Har god kjennskap til norske kontraktsstandarder og erfaring med kontraktsstyring i større prosjekter
  • Har dokumenterte resultater fra prosjekter med betydelige investeringsrammer, hvor du har hatt ansvar for fremdrift, kvalitet og økonomi
  • Har god forståelse for tekniske installasjoner og samspillet mellom bygg, elektro og mekaniske systemer
  • Har erfaring med koordinering mellom prosjekterende, entreprenører, leverandører og øvrige interessenter
  • Evner å etablere struktur, skape fremdrift og håndtere endringer i komplekse prosjektmiljøer
  • Har god forståelse for risikostyring, kvalitetssikring og myndighetskrav
