Your Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard employees: Find the right people, ensure smooth onboarding, and get the team up and running.
Supervise work sites and quality standards: Monitor daily operations and ensure our high-quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Manage and approve work hours and payroll: Oversee employee work hours and handle payroll approval.
Be available when needed: Provide support and guidance to your team, especially in critical situations.

Experience in leadership, ideally within facility management or a related field.
A structured and responsible approach with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities to motivate and lead your team effectively.

Your tasks:
In collaboration with the rest of the staff, you will be one of the driving forces in the kit- chen. The work will, amongst other things, consist of preparing raw materials, cooking dishes as well as maintaining the quality in the kitchen.
Your qualifications:
You have previously worked in a kitchen and preferably in the restaurant business
You are a fast learner, have great passion for cooking and appreciate good and fresh ingredients
You have good hygiene and like a clean and organized kitchen
You have a positive mindset, and can work by yourself as well as with others Preparation, Check kitchen production, Making work plan, make order for delive- ry, full responsibility for the kitchen and restaurant
It is a 37 hour position with the opportunity of more hours. Salary is settled according to qualifications.
You will get the proper training.
