We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid track record in managing EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, AMIF, CERV, etc.), who can lead complex initiatives from proposal to implementation and contribute to our growing portfolio of international partnerships.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and coordination of EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with grant requirements.
• Supervise project partners and coordinate communication, reporting, and visibility activities.
• Prepare and submit interim and final reports to Managing Authorities (narrative, financial, and technical).
• Draft and contribute to new project proposals (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, AMIF, CERV, etc.), including work plans, budgets, and logical frameworks.
• Identify funding opportunities, support consortium building, and maintain strong relationships with EU institutions and international stakeholders.
• Represent EVBB in meetings, conferences, and international events.
   

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in EU project management, ideally within Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or similar programmes.
• Strong understanding of the EU funding landscape, project cycle management, and reporting mechanisms.
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in European Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Education, or related field.
• Excellent command of English (C1); knowledge of another language is a strong asset.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of independence, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Availability to travel within and outside the EU.

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een klant in de voedingssector gaan wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Je wordt er tewerkgesteld als operator, die op termijn kan doorgroeien naar ploegchef. Spreekt de productiewereld van bladerdeeg, ambachtelijke wafels en desserts jou aan? Lees dan zeker verder!

Functie: operator

Specifiek zijn we op zoek naar een operator die volledig opgeleid zal worden op iedere werkpost. Dankzij deze veelzijdige opleiding zal het mogelijk zijn om jou in te zetten op de vier verschillende afdelingen, afhankelijk van de productiedrukte. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere volgende zaken:

• instellen van de productiemachines 
• uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles 
• ingrijpen bij kleine technische storingen 
• de nadruk ligt op het inspringen op verschillende productieafdelingen 

Je werkt in het 2-ploegensysteem, maar flexibiliteit is hier zeker vereist, dit omdat je inzetbaar moet kunnen zijn in de volledige productie.

PROFIEL
Wij zijn op zoek naar profielen met:

• Grondige kennis van ofwel NL of ENG – zowel mondeling voor het communiceren met de ploegverantwoordelijke/collega’s,  als schriftelijk voor het invullen van kwaliteitsdocumenten. 
  • Kan goed zelfstandig werken, combinatie van zelfstandig werken en samenwerking met een inpakker / afhankelijk van het geproduceerd product. 
  • Technische kennis om een machine om te bouwen, ingrijpen bij problemen, helpen zoeken naar efficiëntere werking.
  • Fysiek in orde, de productielijnen worden manueel bevoorraad van deeg. 
  • Beperkte flexibiliteit (in geval van afwezigheden/ziektes/technische storingen)
