In het kader van onze nieuwe organisatiestructuur zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven boekhouder. Als boekhouder bij CVO LBC maak je deel uit van het beleidsdomein Financiën en Logistiek en werk je nauw samen met het team boekhouding, onder leiding van Peter Gregorius, domeindirecteur Financiën en Logistiek.

Dagelijks beheer en optimalisatie van onze financiële middelen en administratieve processen.

Coördinatie en finalisering van financiële transacties.

Verbeteren van de kwaliteit van financiële processen en rapportages.

Uitvoeren van controles en audits.

Opstellen van begrotingen en jaarrekeningen.

Zorgen voor een soepele werking van de financiële processen, in nauwe samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke boekhouding en de directeur Financieel en Logistiek Beleid en de Algemeen Directeur.

§ Goede kennis van boekhoudwetgeving, fiscale wetgeving, vennootschaps- en verenigingsrecht.

§ Ervaring binnen een vzw-omgeving is een pluspunt.

§ Ervaring met Exact Online en een uitstekende beheersing van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.

§ Ervaring met boekhouding van scholen en/of vzw’s is een pluspunt

§ Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

§ Een diploma pedagogische bekwaamheid is een pluspunt.
