Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur de la maintenance et de la performance énergétique des bâtiments, un Technicien Itinérant Chauffage et Ventilation H/F afin d'intervenir principalement sur le secteur de la Moselle. Vos missions Au quotidien, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et l'entretien des installations de chauffage et de ventilation chez différents clients. À ce titre, vous serez chargé(e) de : - Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive sur les équipements de chauffage et de ventilation. - Effectuer les contrôles réglementaires des installations. - Contrôler les paramètres de fonctionnement et assurer le suivi des performances des équipements. - Diagnostiquer les éventuels dysfonctionnements et réaliser les interventions correctives de premier niveau. - Assurer l'entretien courant des installations : remplacement de filtres, nettoyage de cassettes et autres opérations de maintenance. - Veiller au maintien du confort des occupants et à la qualité de service délivrée aux clients. - Renseigner les comptes-rendus d'intervention dans la GMAO (Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur). - Assurer un reporting fiable de votre activité auprès de votre responsable. Conditions du poste - Mission intérim d'une durée initiale d'un mois avec possibilité de prolongation. - Temps de travail : 35 heures par semaine. - Déplacements principalement en Moselle. - Rémunération selon profil et expérience. - Indemnité de restauration : 16 EUR nets par jour travaillé. - Indemnité d'entretien : 1 EUR net par jour travaillé. Adecco Arpajon Btp recrute pour le compte de l'un de ses clients, un Technicien de Maintenance CVC (H/F). - Vous intervenez sur des installations CVC afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement, leur performance énergétique et la continuité de service sur les sites qui vous sont confiés. - Votre rôle consiste à assurer au quotidien la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements thermiques, hydrauliques et de froid industriel, dans le respect strict des normes de sécurité et des procédures internes. - Vos principales missions seront d'effectuer les visites de maintenance planifiées, de contrôler les paramètres de fonctionnement, de réaliser les réglages nécessaires et de proposer des actions d'amélioration pour optimiser les installations. - Vous travaillez en journée, en lien avec les équipes techniques du client et les interlocuteurs sur site, en veillant à maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de service et de satisfaction utilisateur. Ce poste s'adresse à un professionnel disposant d'une première expérience significative en maintenance CVC ou en froid industriel, souhaitant intervenir de manière autonome sur le terrain et évoluer dans un environnement technique exigeant. Compétences techniques : - Niveau CAP, BEP ou Bac Pro - Maîtrise des systèmes CVC et du froid industriel, vous permettant d'intervenir efficacement sur des installations variées (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, groupes froid). - Pratique de la maintenance préventive et du dépannage curatif, avec une capacité à organiser vos tournées et à prioriser les urgences. - Utilisation de systèmes de régulation automatique et compréhension de leurs paramètres pour optimiser le fonctionnement des équipements. - Être titulaire des habilitations électriques - Être titulaire du Permis B Compétences comportementales : - Capacité d'analyse de problèmes, indispensable pour poser un diagnostic fiable et choisir la solution technique la plus pertinente. - Sens du service développé, avec le souci de la satisfaction des utilisateurs et du respect des engagements pris auprès du client. - Forte autonomie sur le terrain, tout en sachant rendre compte de vos interventions et alerter en cas de situation sensible. - Communication claire, orale et écrite, pour échanger avec les équipes, expliquer vos actions et rédiger des rapports lisibles. La mission est proposée pour une durée initiale de 1 mois, à temps plein, en journée, dans le cadre d'un contrat d'intérim.
