About the position
Your key areas of responsibility:
Maintenance Operations
Automation & Electrical Systems
Examples of tasks could be:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation and electrical systems within the production facility
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
Be proactive in completing corrective work orders and responding to maintenance issues and breakdowns
Contribute to the ongoing development of the preventive maintenance schedule (PM strategy) by providing feedback and improvement suggestions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements using world‑class engineering and CI techniques
Work close with production and other internal departments to ensure equipment reliability and maintain up‑to‑date documentation
In addition to the examples mentioned above, all maintenance and engineering activities must comply with applicable Health & Safety, food safety, and quality standards, ensuring full adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements relevant to food and pet food production environments.
Your profile
Qualified Multiskilled Technician, Blacksmith, Industrial Electrician or Automation Technician (or similar technical background)
Fluent in English (It will be an advantage if you speak Danish or are currently learning it).
Experience with PLC systems, automation, and industrial electrical installations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

About this role
We are looking for a Market Manager to lead our Finnish market entry and own our commercial presence in Finland from day one.
Our flagship brand in Finland is Tomi Björck. He is Finland's most celebrated chef and restaurateur. MasterChef Finland head judge. Owner of 11 restaurants across Finland, Sweden, and Australia. A household name with 17 television series and five cookbooks. The Tomi Björck product line covers hybrid cookware, knives, air fryers, kitchen appliances, and accessories. It is developed, owned, and distributed by us, with Tomi as the face of the brand.
You will report directly to the Head of Business Development. You will work closely with our KAM team in Vejle, who have built this market model from the ground up across multiple countries.
What you will be doing
Building and managing key account relationships with retail chains, grocery buyers, and trade partners in Finland
Driving sell-in of our brand portfolio by presenting ranges, negotiating listings, and following up on performance
Planning and executing in-store activations, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives
Tracking market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs and feeding insights back to the team in DK
Working closely with colleagues across sales, procurement, and supply chain in DK
You will not be starting from zero
Stock Group arrives in Finland fully equipped. We bring a complete product range and ready-to-use content and marketing assets. We also bring consumer and sales data from our established markets. That data tells us what works and what sells. The Tomi Björck ecommerce shop for Finland is in final preparation.
Your job is to bring a proven commercial model into a new market. The full weight of Stock Group's infrastructure is behind you.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially driven profile with genuine FMCG experience. You know how to open doors, build relationships with buyers, and drive sell-through on the shelf.
FMCG/retail experience. You have worked in sales, KAM, or trade marketing. Exposure to grocery, electronics retail, or housewares is an advantage. Experience selling into major Finnish retail chains is a significant advantage.
Strong communicator. You are confident presenting to buyers, negotiating terms, and building rapport at all levels of a retail organisation.
Self-starter. You take ownership of your market without needing daily supervision. You also know when to bring the team in.
Language skills. Fluent Finnish or Swedish is a requirement. Fluent English is required for day-to-day collaboration with the team in Denmark.
Comfortable with travel. The role involves regular traveling between the HQ in DK and customers in Finland.
Location
Our preference is for candidates based in or near Vejle, Denmark. You will work from our headquarters alongside the wider commercial team. Candidates based in Finland are also considered. If so, you should expect approximately 40 to 50 travel days to Denmark per year for team collaboration, planning, and market reviews.

This international apprenticeship programme in Denmark is designed as an entry level vocational education for those who want to learn metal fabrication from the ground up. You will combine education with paid work, gain practical craftsmanship skills and build a solid foundation for a long term career within metalwork and industrial production.
The Blacksmith / Metal Fabricator education is a 4-year vocational program, officially recognised within the Danish education system and aligned with EU standards.
The education alternates between:
Periods at vocational school
Practical training as an apprentice in a Danish company, pre-selected before you arrive in Denmark
During the program, you will gain strong, job-relevant skills in metal fabrication, welding and steel construction, used in industrial production, construction and machinery manufacturing
You will learn to:
Weld using MIG/MAG and TIG methods
Work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Read and work from technical drawings
Measure, test and ensure quality and precision
Cut, form and assemble metal components
Use workshop machines such as presses, rollers and bending equipment
Build, install and maintain metal structures
Apply mathematics and physics in practical craftsmanship
The education prepares you directly for work in modern European industry and construction. No prior professional experience in metalwork or welding is required, what matters most is your motivation and interest.
