Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards, change bed linen and towels, replenish amenities, maintain cleanliness in common areas, report maintenance issues, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in clients’ properties by carrying out general cleaning duties, ensuring rooms and common areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable, and completing tasks to the required standards.

Responsible for purchasing materials, equipment and services, managing suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery for construction and excavation projects.

Other Remarks:
Previous experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or excavation industry, is considered an asset.

Carry out general hand duties, including painting walls and ceilings, preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and assisting with other maintenance and related tasks as required.
