Aufgaben:
Einrichten, Fertigen und Prüfen von Bauteilen nach Vorgabe.
Programmieren an der Maschine.
Überwachung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen.
Kontrolle der fertigen Werkstücke.
Profil:
Berufserfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren als CNC-Dreher (m/w).
Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen und zugehöriger Programmerstellung (ISO-Programmierung, Haas, Siemens 828d).
Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen.
Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Motivation.

with exemplary service management and communication skills in order to manage a part of our service delivery to our
clients (mostly European Institutions and international organisations).
Your remit will be to deal with all aspects of the delivery of our services to our clients. Moreover, you will be in charge
our:
• Service Level Management, in particular for the set-up and the constant monitoring of Service Level
Agreements for our European clients,
• Follow-up of budget consumption.
• Service Reporting towards the client, partners and the company management,
• Availability Management, in particular the availability of the infrastructure and resources, and
• Capacity Management, in particular the planning of resources.
You will have to write reports in English language, submitted to the client on a regular basis. Furthermore, you will
analyse problems and issues and propose solutions to the client in close collaboration with our team. You will work in
our "service delivery"-team reporting directly to the company management.
You need experience in working in a business and IT environment and understand the motivation behind commercial
decisions.

• good interpersonal skills;
• ability to work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects being able to work to deadlines
• certification from ITIL, PMI or Prince2 would be a distinct advantage
• a proven experience with managed services (outsourcing) for European Institutions or international
organisations would be beneficial;
• very good command of MS Office suite.
