In order to support the ARP Programme, we are looking for a Solution Manager (d/f/m) dedicated to the German perimeter. As a bridge-builder between the digital and physical worlds, you will act as the vital translator between Business Operations, Functional and technical teams. Desired Skills and Qualifications We are looking for a rare blend of deep technical mastery and high-level business acumen: - Educational Foundation: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics. - Industry Veteran: At least 15 years of experience in complex industries like Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense. - ERP Guru: 10+ years of technical expertise in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of modules like MM, PP, SD, and EWM for SAP. - The "Connector" Mindset: Proven ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies while managing complex Change Management initiatives. - Leadership & Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence both developers and business managers. - Global Mobility: Fluency in English (German is a real plus) and a willingness to travel approximately 20% to stay connected with our global sites.
