2026 promises to be a year of exciting growth, and we want YOU to be part of our success story! We are looking for dedicated process operators to join our team at a leading biotechnology company. What can you expect in this exciting role?
Your journey begins with extensive training, where we immerse you in the world of aseptic (germ-free) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.
Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.
- Daily aseptic and manual production processes
- Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) Spiking
- Media refreshing
- Cell culture
- Freezing therapeutic products
- Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
- Supporting transitions between production zones
- Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time
What does our client expect from you?
- A strong sense of responsibility and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.
- Clear communication with your colleagues and supervisor.
- You love structure and order, are very accurate, and are willing to work in an aseptic environment with appropriate sterile clothing.
- Experience in pharma or biotech is not required as we provide complete training.
- You have a high school diploma (A2) or equivalent through experience. The mindset for quality and accuracy takes precedence over diploma and background.

Help drivers get back on the road quickly and efficiently. As a Breakdown Assistance Call Handler, you are the first point of contact for drivers who experience a breakdown while on the road. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and ensure that every driver receives help as quickly as possible. You coordinate interventions with partner services and keep the driver informed at all times.
This is a role with real impact: thanks to your calm approach, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset, you truly make a difference during stressful situations. Your responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from drivers experiencing a breakdown on the road.
- Analyze the problem by assessing the situation and gathering the necessary information.
- Organize interventions and dispatch them to breakdown services, partners, or internal technicians.
- Follow up on cases from A to Z, ensuring clear and continuous communication with the driver.
- Register all relevant information in the system (time, location, nature of the problem, planning, etc.).
- Remain calm in emergency situations and always act with a strong customer focus.
- Work closely with a dedicated team that is available 24/7 to provide optimal customer support.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to handle phone calls clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
- You are stress-resistant and able to maintain an overview in busy and demanding situations.
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and handling administrative follow-up.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or have relevant equivalent experience.
- You have your own means of transportation.

As our Technical Inside Sales, you are the vital link between ambitious R&D projects and our cutting-edge production facility. You don’t just "process orders"; you act as a technical consultant for some of the world’s most prestigious research institutes and tech companies, including CERN, IMEC, Airbus, MIT, NASA and other leading international OEMs.
1. Technical Quoting & Consultation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from international R&D teams and engineers.
- Analyze technical requirements (thermal performance, customization) and translate them into manufacturable solutions in collaboration with our operations team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, NDAs, and contracts for projects in photonics, quantum computing, medical devices, and space tech.
2. Customer Success & Project Management
- Act as the "voice of the customer" internally: track order statuses and proactively communicate updates or potential delays to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer-related documentation, including supplier setups, compliance documents, and technical inspection reports.
- Maintain a clean and actionable CRM (HubSpot/Odoo) to track opportunities and drive company growth.
3. Logistics & Support
- Coordinate logistics and respond to customer queries regarding global shipments and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a seamless "design-to-delivery" experience for our international portfolio.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or masters degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, IoT, or a related technical field. You understand the "language" of our customers.
- Experience: 0–5 years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is a strong plus.
- Mindset: You are proactive, resilient, and possess an "ownership" mentality. You enjoy a fast-paced environment where your impact is visible every day.
- Location: you live within a 40min drive from Geel. Candidates that need to relocate will not be considered.
