CRM Channel Specialist The CRM Channel Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the strategic alignment of CRM campaigns and customer communication journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-car channels. This role works closely with local market teams to deliver coherent, timely, and customer-centric messaging using a CRM platform (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365). You will play a key role in ensuring CRM campaigns are strategically aligned with overall marketing and customer experience objectives, while continuously improving processes, governance, and platform performance. The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months. What you'll do Organize and prioritize incoming CRM communication requests from multiple stakeholders Plan, build, and manage CRM campaigns and end-to-end customer communication journeys Oversee and validate campaigns prior to launch to ensure quality and strategic alignment Align on campaign objectives and key performance targets Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst on performance reporting Support decentralized teams by overseeing platform governance and best practices Gather feedback from stakeholders to support CRM platform and process improvements Drive innovation and performance within the CRM function What you should have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) At least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles Proven expertise in omnichannel communication journey planning Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skill Working for Lynk & Co Want to learn more about working for Lynk & Co and what we offer? Jouw Functie

Als Marketing & Communicatie Coördinator speel jij een sleutelrol in de zichtbaarheid en groei van beide bedrijven:

▪ Jij creëert aantrekkelijke content — van visuals tot posts die scoren op LinkedIn en andere digitale kanalen.

▪ Je werkt grafisch materiaal uit: social banners, event visuals, brochures, templates, presentaties …

▪ Het organiseren van A tot Z events zoals beurzen, trainingen en interne happenings, behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket.

▪ Je ondersteunt rechtstreeks de Sales Manager en CEO in de aansturing van externe marketingpartners (copy, ads, SEO, social, design…).

▪ Het actief meedenken over campagnes, acties en merkpositionering: dit is géén louter uitvoerende functie, maar één waar jouw initiatief essentieel is.

▪ Je bewaakt de planning, zorgt voor structuur en houdt overzicht over lopende campagnes, deadlines en communicatieflows.

▪ Je neemt ad‑hoc administratieve en coördinerende taken op om marketingprojecten efficiënt tot een goed einde te brengen.

▪ Je bent handig met digitale applicaties en tools om vlot posts, visuals en campagnes op te zetten.

▪ Je beschikt over een grafische flair en bent niet bang om nieuwe tools, AI‑toepassingen of creatieve formats te verkennen.

▪ Je bent communicatief, assertief en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waar je externe partners mee aanstuurt.

▪ Je werkt gestructureerd, planmatig en houdt van variatie: geen dag is dezelfde.

▪ Je bent ondernemend, neemt initiatief en denkt als een echte teamplayer mee in functie van groei.

▪ Je kan zowel een uitmuntende starter Marketing zijn met veel potentieel als iemand met ruime ervaring — drive en attitude wegen hier evenveel als ervaring.
