Mission du poste En tant que Responsable Marketing, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le renforcement et le développement de la part de marché de Coval, tout en soutenant nos stratégies de croissance ambitieuses. Vous piloterez une stratégie marketing centrée sur le client et basée sur l'analyse des données, en développant l'image et la notoriété de la marque, et en garantissant une expérience client exceptionnelle grâce à des approches marketing innovantes, tant digitales que traditionnelles. Votre mission sera de stimuler la croissance organique, d'optimiser les investissements marketing et de soutenir une transformation commerciale fondée sur les données et l'expérience. Vous serez responsable de notre site internet et de nos plateformes e-commerce, superviserez les activités marketing régionales, et renforcerez la communication interne ainsi que les initiatives de formation et de développement au sein du groupe. Responsabilités clés Diriger et développer une équipe marketing performante, couvrant le marketing digital, le marketing traditionnel, la formation & développement, ainsi que la communication interne. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une feuille de route marketing stratégique alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux du Groupe Coval afin d'établir Coval comme un leader du secteur en marketing digital.
