Any person moving to a European country to learn or acquire a work experience, whatever their age or level of education.
Who completes it
Two partner organisations involved in the mobility project, the first in the country of origin and the second in the host country.
Each of the 8 levels of the EQF is defined by a set of descriptors indicating the learning outcomes relevant to qualifications at that level in any qualifications system.
EU Member States and 11 other countries have committed to implementing the EQF to make it more effective in facilitating the understanding of national, international and third-country qualifications by employers, workers and learners.
