Som Manager Project & Delivery får du det overordnede ansvaret for at våre kundeprosjekter leveres med kvalitet og presisjon. Du vil lede vårt prosjektteam, og sørge for at vi er riktig rigget for å håndtere komplekse leveranser i et marked i stadig endring.

Mesteparten av teamet er tilknyttet vårt hovedkontor i Haugesund og en del tilstedeværelse må påregnes her, men stillingen kan også tilknyttes vår lokasjon i Stavanger.


Sentrale ansvarsområder

  • Ledelse og ressursstyring: Personalansvar for prosjektledere, tekniske konsulenter og etter hvert ledere for agile leveranseteam. Du skal motivere, utvikle og sørge for at teamene har de nødvendige verktøyene og kompetansen for å lykkes.
  • Porteføljestyring: Inneha total kontroll over selskapets prosjektportefølje, inkludert optimalisert ressursbruk, overordnet risikostyring, helhetlig fremdrift og ivaretakelse av kundebehov. Porteføljen har stor strategisk viktighet, og status rapporteres jevnlig til ledergruppen.
  • Profesjonalisering av leveransemodellen: Videreutvikle og implementere effektive prosesser for leveranse, fra innsalg til ferdigstillelse. Dette innebærer blant annet å pilotere og eventuelt implementere agile leveranseteam der dette er hensiktsmessig.
  • Økonomisk oppfølging: Sikre fremdrift i prosjektene og sørge for at de økonomiske gevinstene realiseres.Strategisk samhandling: Fungere som brobygger mellom salg og operasjonell drift for å sikre at våre leveranser samsvarer med kundenes forventninger og behov, samt bidra til økt kundetilfredshet.
