Body Shop Technician Wanted

Are you an experienced Body Shop Technician with a passion for high-quality vehicle repairs? Do you take pride in restoring vehicles to their original condition and enjoy working with modern equipment in a professional workshop?
HirV ApS is looking for skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading automotive workshops across Denmark while developing your skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Your Responsibilities
Perform professional dent repairs on vehicles damaged by collisions or minor accidents.
Carry out rust treatment and corrosion prevention to ensure long-lasting repairs.
Repair or replace damaged body parts, including doors, bumpers, fenders, quarter panels, and other structural components.
Assess vehicle damage and recommend the most effective repair solutions.
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming.
Work with modern spray-painting equipment and paint booths.
Mix and match automotive paint colours to achieve factory-quality finishes.
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Is a qualified Body Shop Technician, Panel Beater, Sheet Metal Worker, or has equivalent professional experience.
Has solid experience in vehicle body repairs and collision damage restoration.
Is skilled in dent repair, rust treatment, panel replacement, and body alignment.
Has knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, paint preparation, and paint mixing systems.
Is experienced in using spray-painting equipment and modern workshop tools.
Works with precision and pays close attention to detail.
Can work independently while also being an effective team player.
Is reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Has a good command of English.
Holds a valid Category B driving licence (preferred).

We are looking for:
Auto Lacquerer / Automotive Paint Technician
Key tasks:
Your job as an Auto Lacquerer / Automotive Paint Technician will involve tasks like preparing, painting, and finishing vehicle surfaces, applying lacquer, basecoat, and clearcoat systems. You might ensure high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finishes, often conducting repairs after bodywork.
Your key responsibilities & duties will include:
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, masking, and prepping vehicle parts to ensure proper paint adhesion
Color Mixing/Matching: Using advanced technology to mix and match paints, including basecoats and lacquers, to meet manufacturer standards
Lacquer Application: Applying primer, paint, and lacquer coats using spray guns, often in specialized spray booths
Quality Inspection: Reviewing finished surfaces for imperfections (like "orange peel," runs, or dust) and performing polishing or buffing to achieve a flawless finish
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating spray guns and booth equipment
Skills:
English - must be able to communicate in English
Safety-conscious and reliable
Physically strong and good with your hands
Strong understanding of metalworking processes
Attention to detail and precision in work
Knowledge of Auto Mechanics
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently, effectively and as part of a team
Driving license is good to have but not required
Experience:
Experience is good to have but that's not necessary
· Auto Lacquerer (or Automotive Paint Technician) education is good to have but that's not necessary
