Your goal In this internship you will explore innovative treatments and reuse strategies for wastewaters and nutrients, to bring a more circular approach closer to reality. What will you be doing? What You Can Expect (DEL: :DEL) Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders. As a graduate in our Strategy Process and Execution department, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a corporate strategy environment by supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects with high exposure to senior management. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while working closely with experienced professionals in a lean, non-hierarchical team. How You’ll Make an Impact As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. * Assist senior team members in updating and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and other project documentation * Create effective communication material and ensure that projects align with timelines and budgets * Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive key insights and actionable recommendations * Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues * Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels What You Bring * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive learning attitude and critical thinking abilities * Effective presentation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels * Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential, ideally in consulting or project management; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome * A master's or doctoral degree in business, engineering or related field  * Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working * Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel; German is a plus Transformation of Industry Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
