Monitor and report on the collection, recording, analysis, implementation of actions taken and feedback provided to the hazards identified during the weekly inspection/audits through our online management system Support/assist the team in accident/incident investigations in a timely manner, and with the support of the project team, making recommendations to management in respect of these. Obtaining and reviewing safety documentation from Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors; Assist site management in ensuring that subcontractors are made aware of the Company’s Safety Statement and the projects CSHSP before appointment. Shadowing project team in reviewing, revising and updating the CSHSP in the light of subcontractors’ information, the progress of work, the receipt of new design information and the occurrence of incidents or accidents. Implementing the CSHSP and monitoring the compliance of Company personnel and subcontractors against the Plan Brings any safety, health or welfare issues to the attention of the Contract Manager, Site Agent/foreman for action prior to leaving site.
