Als schakel tussen de project -en werfleiders zorg jij voor een efficiënte administratieve ondersteuning en zorg je voor een optimale administratie per project.

Je staat in voor:

  • De administratieve afhandeling bij aanbestedingsprocedures:

    • Opzoeken potentiële aanbestedingen en toevoegen CRM

    • Voorbereiden en finaliseren van administratie van aanbestedingsdossier

  • Administratieve opstart van een bouwdossier (werfmelding, aangifte OA, aanvraag van verzekeringen en nutsleidingen, overzetten calculatie naar werkbegroting, VGM plan, aanvraag borg,..)

  • Administratie tijdens uitvoering:

    • Opmaak van technische fiches, briefwisseling, vorderingsstaten, facturatie en controle inkomende facturen.

  • Administratie van dossier in oplevering: as built, eindvordering en afsluit administratieve flows.

Je verzorgt alle inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie m.b.t. de toegewezen projecten en ziet erop toe dat er tijdig gereageerd wordt. 

Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Malle.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma Bedrijfsmanagement of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.

  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en hebt een degelijke basiskennis Engels en Frans.

  • Je beschikt over een goede gebruikerskennis van MS Office toepassingen.

  • Ervaring met Navision, Key Entry of Easy Form zijn pluspunten maar geen must.

  • Je bent cijfermatig, communicatief en sociaal.

  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen, kan zelfstandig werken en hebt doorzettingsvermogen.

Hygiene is crucial for a kitchen staff member. That’s why you’ll ensure every day that your work methods and the final products meet all standards.

You’ll also follow safety regulations to the letter. You’ll do everything in your power to guarantee both quality and safety.

Who are you?

  • You have experience as a cook in a commercial or industrial kitchen. Do you also have experience in a production environment? If so, that’s a plus.
  • You are able and willing to work in a rotating two-shift system.
  • The early shift starts at 4:30 a.m. and runs until 12:30 p.m.
  • The late shift starts at 12:45 p.m. and runs until 8:00 p.m.
  • You know how to operate machinery or are willing to undergo training for this.
  • Physical work doesn’t deter you, and you’re hands-on.
  • You work with great precision and are flexible and able to handle stress.
  • You’re a good communicator, enjoy variety, and like working in a team.
  • You speak Dutch or English well.
