Bij Hendriks draait het om mensen. Onze chauffeurs maken elke dag het verschil. Zij zijn het gezicht van onze dienstverlening, het eerste en laatste contactmoment voor onze klanten.

En precies daar komt deze rol binnen.

We zoeken iemand die die verschillende werelden met elkaar verbindt. Niet vanop afstand, maar middenin de realiteit. Iemand die voelt wat er leeft bij chauffeurs, die begrijpt wat klanten verwachten en die tegelijk scherp ziet waar dienstverlening sterker, slimmer of breder kan.

Je bent geen leidinggevende op afstand, maar iemand die het team meeneemt vanuit nabijheid, betrokkenheid en duidelijkheid. Tegelijk neem je ook effectief ownership over klanten en draag je actief bij aan groei.

De rol

Als Client & Operations Lead neem je het dagelijkse ownership over onze chauffeurs, over de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening én over de verdere uitbouw van klantrelaties.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en tegelijk een belangrijke schakel naar onze klanten. Je kent je mensen, maar ook je klanten. Je voelt waar het goed zit en waar het schuurt, aan beide kanten.

Je neemt ownership, geeft richting en zorgt dat verwachtingen helder zijn. Je stuurt niet alleen op gedrag en kwaliteit, maar ook op hoe we als organisatie waarde blijven creëren voor onze klanten.

Je staat met één voet in de mensen en met de andere in de operatie én bij de klant.

Wat je concreet doet

Je bent in de eerste plaats aanwezig voor onze chauffeurs. Je bent bereikbaar, aanspreekbaar en betrokken. Je bouwt vertrouwen op, maakt zaken bespreekbaar en zorgt voor duidelijkheid. Je coacht chauffeurs in hun gedrag, communicatie en klantgerichtheid en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je volgt performance actief op en grijpt in wanneer nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen weten waar ze staan en wat er verwacht wordt. Je neemt beslissingen rond contractvoorstellen, opvolging en het beëindigen van samenwerkingen, binnen duidelijke kaders en in afstemming met HR.

Tegelijk ben je actief richting klanten. Je wacht niet tot er problemen zijn, maar gaat proactief in gesprek. Je bouwt relaties uit, capteert signalen en denkt mee met de klant.

Je neemt effectief ownership over klantenrelaties en draagt actief bij aan groei. Je ziet opportuniteiten. Waar dienstverlening kan groeien of versterken, neem jij initiatief. Je detecteert noden en vertaalt die naar concrete acties of voorstellen. Zo draag je niet alleen bij aan kwaliteit, maar ook aan verdere uitbouw van onze samenwerking met klanten én aan de groei van Hendriks.

Wanneer er feedback of klachten zijn, neem je die vast en vertaal je ze naar structurele verbeteringen in het team.

Daarnaast denk je mee met de operatie. Je spart met planning over inzetbaarheid, weegt keuzes af en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je ziet waar het wringt in de samenwerking of werking en neemt initiatief om dit te verbeteren.

Je bewaakt niet alleen gedrag en samenwerking, maar ook hoe we als organisatie blijven evolueren in kwaliteit en dienstverlening.

Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit mensen én uit klantencontact.

Je bent nabij en toegankelijk, maar kan ook stevig staan wanneer nodig. Je voelt situaties goed aan en weet wanneer je moet luisteren en wanneer je moet sturen.

Je hebt ervaring in coaching, teambegeleiding of een rol dicht op de operatie, aangevuld met sterke vaardigheden in klantencontact of accountmanagement.

Ervaring in transport of logistiek is geen must. Affiniteit met onze sector en met de zorgcontext is belangrijker.

Bachelor denkniveau is mooi meegenomen, maar maturiteit, ownership en sterke operationele feeling wegen minstens even zwaar door.

Je denkt commercieel en ziet opportuniteiten. Je gaat proactief in gesprek met klanten en durft initiatief nemen.

Je communiceert helder en direct. Moeilijke gesprekken ga je niet uit de weg.

Je neemt ownership. Je wacht niet af, je handelt.
