CVO Cursa legt een wervingsreserve aan voor gemotiveerde lesgevers en werkplekbegeleiders binnen de opleiding Kinderbegeleider.
Door de grote interesse tijdens onze infomomenten verwachten we mogelijk extra opleidingsgroepen vanaf september 2026. Omdat de effectieve opstart van nieuwe klassen afhankelijk is van verschillende factoren, zoals voldoende instroom van cursisten, leggen we alvast een wervingsreserve aan zodat we snel kunnen schakelen wanneer bijkomende lesopdrachten ontstaan.

Wat houdt de functie in?
Als lesgever en werkplekbegeleider binnen de opleiding Kinderbegeleider:
- verzorg je praktijkgerichte en beroepsgerichte lessen;
- begeleid je cursisten tijdens hun opleidingstraject;
- volg je stages en werkplekleren op;
- onderhoud je contacten met kinderopvangvoorzieningen en stageplaatsen;
- evalueer je de groei en competentieontwikkeling van cursisten;
- draag je bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle opleiding die aansluit bij de actuele noden van het werkveld.
Wie zoeken we?
Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste professionals die:
- een sterke affiniteit hebben met de kinderopvangsector;
- vertrouwd zijn met het actuele kinderopvanglandschap;
- beschikken over relevante praktijkervaring en/of pedagogische ervaring;
- graag volwassenen begeleiden in hun leerproces;

PhD position in Marketing
Oslo Business School invites applications for a temporary position as PhD scholar in the field of Marketing. The PhD scholar position will be part of the PhD program at the Business School (PhD in Social Sciences, specialization Business Administration, Innovation and Governance). The successful applicant is expected to complete a doctoral degree during the period of employment. The position is three years full-time but can be extended to four years if teaching assignments are included.
The position is affiliated with the Strategy, Innovation and Marketing group at Oslo Business School. The group’s research covers a broad range of topics, including strategy, digitalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing, and communication. Researchers in the group uses a variety of research methods, including surveys, experiments, and qualitative methods. The research conducted within the group explicitly aims to contribute to both theory and practice.
In the position, the PhD candidate will work on topics related to CSR and sustainability in marketing, including sustainable consumer behaviour and sustainable brands. The project will use experimental and quantitative research methods. Within these topics and methods the candidate will have considerable freedom to define the details of the PhD project.
Qualification requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Excellent MSc (120 ECTS) degree in marketing or business administration, with a grade of B or better on both the master's thesis and the overall degree. Candidates close to finishing are welcome to apply, provided the degree is completed by 1 September 2026 (documentation required).
- Interest in marketing research, and strong skills in quantitative research methods
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in written form; a good command of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
Experience in data collection and analysis, participation in research projects and academic publishing will be an advantage.
General criteria for employment as a Research Fellow are stipulated in these regulations: Regulations relating to the University and University College Act.
Admission to the doctoral program is a prerequisite. Admission to the doctoral program is based on a comprehensive assessment of the application, including the relevance and quality of the project description. A finalized project plan for the employment period is required completed and acknowledged within 3 months from the date of employment.
