Naturvårdsverket driver och samordnar arbetet för en god livsmiljö tillsammans med andra. Vi söker en intresserad och driven kollega till markmiljöenheten som vill vara med och utveckla arbetet med PFAS-förorenade områden. I denna roll får du möjlighet att arbeta strategiskt med komplexa miljöfrågor som rör föroreningar i mark, vatten och sediment – till exempel vägledning om riskbedömning, riktvärden och åtgärdsarbete. Arbetet med PFAS-förorenade områden är under kontinuerlig utveckling och vi söker dig som vill bidra i utvecklingsarbetet med nya spännande idéer och strategier. Om markmiljöenheten På markmiljöenheten arbetar vi med att stärka och samordna det nationella arbetet för en hållbar mark- och sedimenthälsa. Vi samordnar även arbetet med markhälsa enligt EU:s markdirektiv och markstrategi samt samverkan inom EU och Norden. Vi arbetar med utveckling av styrmedel och tillsynsvägledning inom förorenade områden och har nationellt samordningsansvar för arbetet med PFAS‑förorenade områden och förorenade sediment. Naturvårdsverket är en arbetsplats som erbjuder dig samarbetsinriktade kollegor och ett närvarande ledarskap där vi samlas kring vårt spännande uppdrag. Vi erbjuder dig möjligheter till stor variation mellan olika arbetsuppgifter. Dina arbetsuppgifter Du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta med frågor kopplade till PFAS‑förorenade områden, med fokus på mark, vatten och sediment. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar att samverka med andra myndigheter och bidra med kunskap inom riskbedömning av PFAS-förorenade områden och ge stöd och vägledning för tillsyn, åtgärdsarbete och långsiktig hantering av PFAS-förorenade områden. Inom dina ansvarsområden kan det också ingå EU- och internationellt arbete. Alla arbetsuppgifter förutsätter intern och extern samverkan. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att bidra till arbetet inom ett komplext kunskapsområde som är under ständig utveckling. Du behöver kunna leda och samordna flera olika arbeten med olika komplexitetsnivå parallellt, från start till mål. Att läsa, tolka och förstå regelverken är en central del av arbetet, liksom att kunna agera utifrån myndighetsrollen. Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med jurister, kommunikatörer och andra kollegor som har ett liknande uppdrag. I tjänsten ingår att företräda Naturvårdsverket i olika sammanhang genom att hålla föredrag, göra uttalanden i media och samverka med olika aktörer i samhället. Din kompetens Krav: Du har en relevant naturvetenskaplig eller teknisk utbildning på universitets- eller högskolenivå, exempelvis som natur- eller miljövetare, biolog, geovetare, miljöinspektör eller civilingenjör. Minst fem års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. God kunskap om PFAS-problematiken, som kan inkludera kunskap om PFAS i t.ex. mark, vatten eller sediment. Kunskap om riskbedömning och förståelse för riktvärden för förorenad mark. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller vana av att leda samverkansprocesser. Erfarenhet av arbete med tillsyn och prövning. Erfarenhet av åtgärdsarbete av förorenade områden. Erfarenhet av myndighetsarbete och EU-arbete. Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha god samarbetsförmåga och trivas med att arbeta tillsammans med andra på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Det är viktigt att du kan ta egna initiativ och arbeta lösningsinriktat. Du är bra på att engagera andra samtidigt som du kan agera utifrån myndighetsrollen och förhålla dig objektiv. Du arbetar strukturerat och systematiskt, vilket innebär att du kan planera och organisera ditt arbete väl samtidigt som du anpassar dig till förändrade förutsättningar Vi ser också att du har en utvecklingsinriktad och analytisk förmåga, ett helhetsperspektiv samt ett nytänkande förhållningssätt där du gärna bidrar med idéer och lösningar som leder till förbättring och utveckling. Du undervisar i långa och korta kurser samt i olika former av lovverksamhet. Undervisning i Öppen Verksamhet kan förekomma. Undervisningen innefattar både akustisk gitarr och elgitarr. Även att leda, planera och delta i orkester- och ensembleverksamhet kan förekomma. I samråd med chef ansvarar du för schemaläggning och uppföljning av schema samt viss administration samt att du tar stort eget ansvar för dina elevgrupper. Du verkar för goda kontakter med både elever och deras familjer. God digital kompetens generellt och specifikt när det gäller att kommunicera digitalt på ett effektivt sätt Det är meriterande om du har: Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda ensembleverksamhet. Kunskap och erfarenhet av fler instrument, främst piano, bas och trummor. Arbetat med undervisning i grundskola eller annan form av skolsamverkan. Erfarenhet från arbete i kulturskola.
