Ihr Profil:
- Wissen & Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im aktiven Außendienstvertrieb – mit dem Wissen, wie man Kundenbeziehungen aufbaut, pflegt und weiterentwickelt.
- Technikverständnis im Kundenkontakt: Solides technisches Verständnis (idealerweise aus den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Mechanik oder Gehäusetechnik) – gesprächsfähig auf Augenhöhe mit Einkauf und Technik.
- Region & Netzwerk: Kenntnis der Industriestruktur in Niederbayern/Ostbayern sowie in Oberösterreich und Salzburg – idealerweise mit gewachsenem Netzwerk in der Region.
- Kommunikation & Haltung: Klar, freundlich und direkt – lösungsorientiert erarbeiten Sie verlässliche Absprachen und langfristige Substanz.
- Arbeitsstil & Organisation: Strukturiert, selbstorganisiert, sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (CRM/ERP, MS Office, mobiles Arbeiten).
- Sprachen & Mobilität: Fließendes Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse, Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft in der Region.
