Nous recrutons un technico-commercial pour développer notre activité dans les domaines chauffage, plomberie, climatisation et solutions énergétiques. Qui sommes-nous ? Chez nous, le chargé d’affaires n’est pas un simple vendeur : il est un conseiller technique et un développeur d’affaires. Votre mission Vous développez l’activité sur le Limousin (priorité Haute-Vienne). Concrètement : • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille clients (particuliers et professionnels) - Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées - Réaliser les rendez-vous commerciaux et négocier les offres - Suivre les affaires jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux - Travailler en lien avec les équipes techniques et le SAV - Assurer la satisfaction client et générer des recommandations Votre objectif : développer le chiffre d’affaires et fidéliser vos clients.Le profil que nous recherchons - Expérience commerciale dans le bâtiment, l’énergie ou les solutions techniques - Bonne compréhension des environnements chauffage / plomberie / CVC / énergie - Goût du terrain et de la prospection - Autonomie et sens de l’organisation - Excellent relationnel client Formation type BTS technico-commercial / commerce / technique appréciée.
