We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will lead both the application development and maintenance work by leading and coaching your team leads, project managers, architects to ensure successful delivery.
The IT Logistics division services support the Warehouse/Distribution, Transport and Trade business processes enabling H&M's global supply chain from the Producer countries to the Warehouses and out to the Stores/Customers. Our growth and expansion require a lot from our Logistics IT-solutions and put the division in center for many exciting and important deliveries.
To be successful in this role you are a leader with the ability to understand the business needs and complex environment as well as bringing energy and motivation to your colleagues. You are communicative, pragmatic, focused, shows initiative and have great delivery capacity and likes high pace. You understand the importance of a structured way of working and understand how to work in a complex environment interacting with business stakeholders, other IT teams, programs and vendors.
Your responsibilities
The job of a Delivery Manager within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
- Plan and follow up deliverables, budgets, resources and skills need within the delivery area.
- Ensure delivery to the business with a local and global perspective
- Develop work methods and identify improvement needs for improved quality
- Lead and coach other leaders within the area
- Understand, formulate, analyze and communicate businesses needs of IT
- Report and inform status internally and to business both local and global
- Participate in, and prepare decision meetings, i.e. steering groups, prioritization and governance meetings
