As we expand our portfolio of global and regional projects, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for our Global Network team who is able manage large-scale programs and regional rollouts with precision and agility. You will be responsible for shaping project governance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery across diverse business environments. Your responsibilities: - Manage global initiatives and oversee subsets of global programs (transitions, migrations, rollouts) within your region: Build strong relationships with local business stakeholders, establish standardized processes to introduce and support global initiatives and ensure successful regional rollouts aligned with global standards. - Lead and motivate project teams within a matrix organization, providing clear direction and fostering accountability. - Govern the domain’s portfolio prioritization processes associated delivery methods. - Manage and deliver large-scale projects or smaller programs throughout their full lifecycle, including setup, estimation, planning, requirements engineering, and testing. - Develop and implement processes in collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth handovers and operational readiness. - Contribute to the domain’s strategy development in alignment with the business' strategic imperatives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying and initiating enhancements to existing processes, methods, and standards within the project environment. - Own project budgets (internal and external), ensuring financial discipline and transparency. Your qualifications: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CWNA) preferred - At least 15 years of professional experience leading IT infrastructure projects in an international business environment with a proven track record of success in delivering complex, global initiatives and regional rollouts (Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks) - At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams in global enterprise environments, with a focus on infrastructure - Familiarity with structured (Agile and Waterfall) project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and ITIL practices - Proven ability to manage budgets - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams - Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach and excellent analytical skills - Fluent in English and German

As Senior Manager Labor Relations (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping cross-company co-determination and employee representation issues. You will advise and support central HR units and centers of expertise on strategically important projects relevant to co-determination.
