MISSION

Le/la référent·e en insertion socioprofessionnelle (ISP) intervient au sein du pôle Bilan & Orientation et constitue le point d'entrée du parcours d'insertion.

Il/elle joue un rôle central dans la mise en mouvement des bénéficiaires vers l'emploi et l'autonomie.

Il/elle accompagne le bénéficiaire dès les premières étapes, notamment à travers :
¿ L'analyse de la situation et l'identification des freins
¿ La construction d'un projet individualisé d'intégration sociale (PIIS) et d'un plan d'action réaliste et réalisable
¿ L'accompagnement dans les différentes étapes vers l'emploi
¿ L'orientation vers les dispositifs et partenaires adaptés

Il/elle favorise la dynamique d'engagement du bénéficiaire en combinant écoute, analyse et responsabilisation, dans le respect du cadre légal et déontologique.

 

LES ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Vous accueillez, informez et orientez les bénéficiaires tout au long de leur parcours d'insertion socioprofessionnelle, en réalisant une première analyse fine de leurs besoins, attentes et potentialités, afin de poser les bases d'un accompagnement pertinent et individualisé ;
  • Vous accompagnez les bénéficiaires dans la définition, la clarification et la construction de leur projet professionnel, en tenant compte de leur situation globale (personnelle, sociale et professionnelle) et en proposant des pistes d'orientation concrètes, réalistes et adaptées au marché de l'emploi ;
  • Vous menez des entretiens individuels réguliers, réalisez des bilans socioprofessionnels approfondis et assurez un accompagnement méthodologique structuré, visant à renforcer l'autonomie des bénéficiaires dans leurs démarches de recherche d'emploi ;
  • Vous soutenez activement les bénéficiaires dans la création, l'optimisation et la valorisation de leurs outils de recherche d'emploi (CV, lettres de motivation, positionnement professionnel), afin de développer leur employabilité et leur confiance ;
  • Vous assurez une gestion administrative rigoureuse et qualitative des dossiers (rédaction de rapports sociaux, élaboration et suivi du PIIS, encodage et suivi des actions), dans le respect strict des procédures, des délais et du cadre légal ;
  • Vous développez un travail de collaboration, de coordination et de médiation avec les différents intervenants internes et externes, en mobilisant de manière proactive le réseau des partenaires bruxellois de l'insertion socioprofessionnelle ;
  • Vous participez activement aux actions collectives, aux ateliers et aux projets du pôle et/ou du service, en contribuant à une dynamique d'équipe positive, collaborative et tournée vers l'amélioration continue des pratiques ;
  • Vous contribuez de manière concrète et engagée à l'insertion professionnelle durable des bénéficiaires, en renforçant leur employabilité et en favorisant leur autonomie à long terme

 

 

CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme belge de niveau bachelier (B ou BH) en assistant social, ressources humaines, psychologie, sciences sociales, éducation spécialisée ou sciences de l'éducation, ou vous disposez, au moment de l'engagement, d'une décision d'équivalence pour un diplôme étranger correspondant ;
  • Vous êtes de nationalité belge, ressortissant(e) d'un pays de l'Espace économique européen ou de Suisse, ou vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de travail valable en Belgique.

ATOUTS

  • Vous avez une connaissance des outils de coaching, d'orientation et/ou de bilan en lien avec l'orientation professionnelle ;
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience pratique des processus d'insertion ainsi que des défis rencontrés par les bénéficiaires ;

You will be part of the LIST Materials Research and Technology department, where you will carry out your work in the Quantum Materials Group, led by Dr. Florian Kaiser. Within our ERC Consolidator Project “Q-Chip”, you will define the new standard in the scalability of solid-state quantum systems. How? You benefit from the vast potential of our industry-compatible semiconductor quantum platform, i.e., colour centres in silicon carbide. You will integrate multiple electrical and optical control structures on a quantum chip, which unlocks completely new ways of operating quantum systems. Your PhD thesis objectives include: (a) Strongly increasing the quantum algorithm depth that we can implement with nuclear spin qubits in silicon carbide. You will bring to live a novel concept that we have developed, which reduces two-qubit gate durations by at least one order of magnitude. This technique is unique to silicon carbide qubits and requires implementing high-speed magnetic field tuning lines at a nanoscale. (b) Demonstrating the first scalable electro-optic quantum chip in silicon carbide based on parallelised nanoscale electric field tuning. You will design and farbicate a quantum chip that incorporates Stark shift electrodes around several colour centres. This will allow you to make them operate at the same wavelength, a fundamental prerequisite for creating entanglement amongst them via photonic interference. Additionally, you will demonstrate high-speed electro-optic switches on our silicon-carbide-strontium-titanate hybrid platform, which unlocks the ultimate scalability potential of the platform. (c) The final goal is to combine the above techniques to create the first functional silicon carbide quantum chip, and to demonstrate its operation, e.g., creation of photon-mediated entanglement between distant nuclear spin qubits. Stillingen som rådgiver skog i Lindesnes kommune er ledig fra 01.09.2026.

Rådgiveren vil bli knyttet til Landbruksavdelingen som i dag har 5,5 årsverk fordelt på 7 personer. 2 av disse arbeider med skog. Avdelingen er sammen med plan, byggsak og geodata del av kommunens "Teknisk forvaltning". Kontorstedet er pr. i dag i Marnardal med planer om flytting til Vigeland i løpet av høsten 2026. Med 600 000 daa produktiv skog og et aktivt skogmiljø har Lindesnes kommune blitt en dominerende skogkommune på Agder. En årlig avvirkning på over 200 000 m3 gir et stort behov for veibygging og kulturarbeid som igjen krever god skogfaglig kompetanse i kommunen. Stillingen blir ledig som følge av at en av dagens skogbruksansvarlige går av med pensjon.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Skogbruksrådgiveren vil få oppgaver i den kommunale forvaltningen innenfor jord, skog og utmark i
Lindesnes kommune. Arbeidet vil i stor grad være knyttet til bruk av statlige og kommunale virkemidler, tillatelser og kontroll samt kontakt med næringen og øvrige fagmiljøer. 

Skogbruksrådgiveren må være forberedt på å delta med sin kompetanse i andre oppgaver som legges til avdelingen og bidra til et godt og engasjert internt og eksternt fagmiljø.


Kvalifikasjoner

  • Primært master med hovedvekt på skogbruk, eventuelt annen relevant utdannelse
  • Kunnskap og erfaring om skog- og utmarksforvaltning
  • Interesse og kompetanse innen klima- og miljøarbeid
  • Kunnskap og interesse for landbrukets lovverk
  • Erfaring fra landbruksforvaltningen sentralt eller lokalt
