ABOUT THE ROLE

This role serves as the backbone of our physical operations. The Operations Technician ensures the quality and reliability of our core operational activities, with a primary focus on product assembly, infrastructure integrity, and digital record accuracy.

You will act as the key support to the Operations Manager, utilizing Odoo ERP to maintain production standards and assisting in the continuous evolution of our production environment and tools.

 

Technical Precision: You enjoy hands-on assembly work and take pride in "first-time-right" quality.

 

ERP Savvy: You are comfortable working with Odoo (or a similar ERP) for logging production, stock management, and quality reporting.

 

Agility: You are comfortable in a high-pace setting and can pivot quickly when production priorities or infrastructure requirements change.

 

Data Disciplined: You understand that physical inventory must match the digital record perfectly and you are meticulous in your reporting.

 

Languages: Professional fluency in French or English is essential. You must be at least efficient in English for technical documentation and collaboration.

¿ Production & Odoo Mastery: Execute product assembly with high precision and manage the full lifecycle of a production order within Odoo, from stock consumption to final Quality Control (QC) validation.

 

¿ Infrastructure Support: Act as the hands-on support for the Operations Manager to maintain and update the internal infrastructure. This includes the routine maintenance of all internal equipment and tools.

 

¿ Process Improvement: Assist in the continuous improvement of operational tools and the creation/update of technical instructions to ensure our "way of working" stays efficient.

 

¿ Data Integrity: Ensure that the physical reality of the workshop perfectly matches our digital records in Odoo, performing regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.

 

WHAT YOU BRING
