This role serves as the backbone of our physical operations. The Operations Technician ensures the quality and reliability of our core operational activities, with a primary focus on product assembly, infrastructure integrity, and digital record accuracy.

You will act as the key support to the Operations Manager, utilizing Odoo ERP to maintain production standards and assisting in the continuous evolution of our production environment and tools.

Your mission is to secure the operational excellence of our production and infrastructure. ¿ Production & Odoo Mastery: Execute product assembly with high precision and manage the full lifecycle of a production order within Odoo, from stock consumption to final Quality Control (QC) validation.

 

¿ Infrastructure Support: Act as the hands-on support for the Operations Manager to maintain and update the internal infrastructure. This includes the routine maintenance of all internal equipment and tools.

 

¿ Process Improvement: Assist in the continuous improvement of operational tools and the creation/update of technical instructions to ensure our "way of working" stays efficient.
